Return an Item
WildFly has a very liberal 180 Day New/Unopened Return Policy. New, unused, or unopened products may be returned to us for up to 180 days, no questions asked. For a more detailed look at our return policy, warranties, and guarantees, please click here.
Return Instructions
- All returns require a Return Authorization number (RA#). Fill out the return form below, call 1-877-733-0556 (Mon-Fri), or email returns@WildFly.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- The Returns Department will inform you of the most efficient means of return. On international shipments, manufacturer defects or warranty issues must be handled by the manufacturer. We do not pay for return shipping on international orders and we do not pay for replacements sent out.
- Write the RA# on the outside of the box as well as on a paper inside the package and send the package back to us at your convenience. Here is our return address:
